Which, of course, take many days to arrive...and the return envelope is to the same location! I got a replacement promptly and it, too, was cracked. Netflix was realy good about it. they replaced that one. And the next one. And the next. It became a long drawn-out tragi-comedy, and it wasn't until the 7th!! try that I was able to see the movie.<BR/>Had to've been a manufacturing problem, but it was worth the wait. Good flick!<BR/>They also threw in an extra disk for a couple months.
