Have never heard a word from Netflix, even when my dvds were delayed, didnt get a explanation until I called and inquired. And they are giving us a discount when they are actually just not charging us for the days we didnt get service. So I've just reactivate my BB account, just for one month.<BR/>BB was always cheaper, that's why NF lowered their prices and BB raised them. (Now they're the same price.)<BR/>I ditched BB when they raised their prices a year ago; their Queue is a mess too (shipping out of order; horrid availability). <BR/>Otherwise, <B>any</B> rental service will charge late fees, (otherwise the good people just won't return it).<BR/>I have a BB right next to me, so I'll take the advice of "go outside and take a walk" for the free exchange DVD's. (I'm not 'punishing' NF, they're just not 100% back yet and they won't admit it or say anything about it).<BR/><BR/>Overall, NF is the winner. I will cancel BB at the end of the month.
