It&#39;s always the same problems. The most prevalent being the constant freezing and reloading as frequently as every 20 - 22 seconds, for durations of 7 - 20 minutes with EACH occurance, in the course of ATTEMPTING to watch one selection! That&#39;s nuts! <br /><br />Only thing worse than this constant poor quality of the service you paid for, but are not getting EVERY MONTH,is the flat out refusal of Netflix&#39;s alleged &quot;technical support&quot; wanting to offer you nothing more than to blame the problem on YOUR device, YOUR internet provider, YOUR wireless device - ANYTHING but Netflix actually being the problem. About the only excuse I have yet to hear, in my numerous attempts to resolve the problem with them, is that it&#39;s probably the phase of the moon!! <br /><br />The DVD mail program is wonderful! Streaming programs - leaves MUCH to be desired! Netflix needs to stop blaming any and everyone else for the significant glitches in their service, own it and most importantly - FIX IT!! For crying out loud, if you are not willing to improve your quality and resolve YOUR issues, then the very least you are obligated to do, is to provide credits and/or refunds to your customers. Anything is else is fraudulent.
