I'd show the scene in 'Ma vie en rose' when the boy is singing along with the theme song to his favourite tv show. Though without context, I'm not sure it would show his determination to define himself or his Grandmother's desire to be understanding. I'm a sucker for anyone willing to stand up to his peers and everyone else even, perhaps especially, when it is something so small from an outside perspective. And when someone else is trying to be open-minded with something they never thought they'd face, I think it becomes something we've all experienced.
